Med Williams – Managing DirectorMed is a very well known figure in the air conditioning industry and is the founder of Medal Aircon Accessories Ltd. Med is very well respected in the industry for his ‘go-getting’ approach and widespread knowledge of the industry and the people and products within it. He is particularly well respected for his ability to engineer large scale and applied projects and also sourcing products from Europe and the USA. Mark Hanson – Technical DirectorMark is another well known face within the industry and looks after the technical sides of what is a very technical business. Well known for being a solution finder with a very widespread knowledge of both our and our competitors products, Mark is well placed to give high quality advice and excellent customer support. Mark is equally at home with mini split and applied products and is also an expert at sourcing products from the far east. JACQUI HEDGES – Office ManagerJacqui is particularly well known to our customers who need a little nudge every month at payment time applying the same gentle persuasion to them as she does with Mark and Med over their receipts. Jacqui is very experienced in the air conditioning industry and looks after marketing, accounts and generally making sure the business runs smoothly. Equally at home in building control panels, modifying units, carrying out pre delivery inspections or repairing pretty much anything we wonder whether there is anything Ron cant do! PHIL FITCHEW – SALES MANAGERPhil has been in the industry since he was 21 and is well liked by colleagues and customers alike. With a combination of good technical knowledge, dedication to customer service and an ability to see the plus side in everything he is a considerable asset to the company. There is no truth in the rumour that we encourage sales by threatening to send Phil to see customers whose sales are down.. When hes not working Phil loves animals and mountain biking as well as being a dedicated family man..
